- The Field of Dreams movie site is located in Northeastern Iowa in a little town known as Dyersville.
- The Field of Dreams as a tourist destination falls under the category of nostalgia tourism. It is a tourist destination for both the sports fan and the fan of featured films. Although no real athletic event took place at the Field of Dreams, people visit this destination to believe that dreams do come true and the spirit of those who have gone to heaven do get the opportunity to live out their lives as they were alive and young.
- Jackson & William Kiburis visit the filed of dreams and do what guests are invited to do, and that is play ball. Visitors of the Field of Dreams are asked to bring their bats, gloves and baseball and enjoy a catch and play some ball on the historic movie site where dreams come true.
- Children of all ages get the opportunity to play ball while they visit the famous movie set.
- The movie set and visitors site is more than just the field itself, the bleachers that James Earl Jones made so famous as he watched the players of old living out their dreams and the farmhouse that was used in the movie are featured attractions when visiting the site of the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa.

- After the movie site of the Field of Dreams changes ownership in the fall of 2012, the construction of All Star Ballpark Heaven will be constructed. This megaplex of youth baseball facilities will be built alongside the original field of dreams. It will be made up of 24 baseball and softball diamonds designed for the development of youth baseball.
- An indoor training dome such as this is planned to be constructed at the All Star Ballpark Heaven to allow youth baseball players train throughout the Midwest winter months of Iowa.
