diet with a small twist. It might work for some, but useless to other people.
2) Scammers, people tricking others into believing they've found the 'secret' and selling
thousands of copies before either changing the name of the product or happily sail away
into the sunset with their 'stolen' money. I hate these guys, but give them credit for their
efforts.

The answer is we CAN'T, not until some privately funded scientist or doctor stumbles onto
it by chance. Oh, and that is if this special person see any reason to make it public! In the
meantime we should just consider and test different existing programs, diets, supplements
and pills to find the one that is right for YOU!
