The company uses a process layout to strategically organize its laundry workflow. It faces issues with limited parking and insufficient machine capacity to handle peak customer volumes. To address this, it plans to provide door-to-door service, reserve parking spaces, and acquire larger machines to improve efficiency and reduce employee overtime. With these operational management strategies, NanoWash aims to enhance its services.
