3. IN TODAY’S WORLD Connectivity is our context, and messages are kinetic. OUR TRADITIONAL Strategic tools are changing. COMMUNICATING TODAY MEANS FRAMING OUR EFFORTS IN INNOVATIVE NEW WAYS, while retaining our important and time-tested traditional tools.

4. Today, we sometimes have to relinquish control to enter the conversation. My goal is to move with the message, following its paths and energies. My communication is both broadcast and broadband. My tools are social and digital networks. I work to keep a client’s message networked, moving, and continually in dialogue with a multitude of media forms.

15. Follow-up with all new contacts to maintain and develop connections
