1. International School Manila proudly presents… A PRESCHOOL MAGIC SHOW Be amazed. Be dazzled. Catch the kid magicians live on February 16, 2010 @ the Little Theater.

2. How the Magic Show came about… The Preschool 4 group has shown a lot of interest in magic. One morning during free play (after performing some magic of his own) Faris suggested, “we should do a magic show.” Faris brought the idea to the group during an afternoon meeting and the Preschool 4 group has been extremely excited about preparing for a magic show. The students have been working together to develop ideas, brainstorm materials that they need, as well as figuring out what they need to do to prepare for a show.

3. STEP 1: Brainstorming Ideas On the next slides you will see sample drawings of some of the ideas that the children came up with. Some students have been practicing their tricks while others are still coming up with ideas.

7. STEP 2: Props and Costume Making After brainstorming ideas on the tricks they would like to perform on the magic show, the PS4 started making their props and their costumes.

9. STEP 3: Making Invitations The PS4 made “personalized” invitations to send out to their families, relatives and friends so they could see them perform in the magic show.

16. STEP 4: Show Rehearsal The PS4 rehearsed their magic tricks every after lunch, one week before the main show. They are all looking forward to their actual performance on February 16 in the Little Theater.
