3. Filipinos are known for their
tenancy and strong determination
in every undertaking. We have
the capacity for hard work given
proper condition to raise one’s
standard of living and to possess
the essential of a decent life for
one’s family.

8. Filipino trait of being courteous
both in words and in action to the
people of older people.

11. Our lack of discipline often results in efficient and
wasteful, works system violation of rules in leading to
more serious transgressions and a casual works ethic
leading to carelessness and lack of follow through.

12. It is value of belongingness and loyalty to the small group with
sensitivity to the feelings of others on the principles of “give and
take” It is ideals of receiving as members living together as a
family in a society and community.

13. Most Filipino possess strong conformance of their
religious belief in action and in words. Our innate
religiosity enables us to comprehend and genuinely
accept reality in the context of God’s will and Plan.

14. SUMMARY
“Not only material goods but also ideals and concepts are values,
such as truth, honesty and justice. For instance if truth is a value for
us, it commands in us an inner commitment which in turn itself into
our daily speech and action it influences our attitude and behavior” .
Values are the expressions of the ultimate ends goals, or purpose of
social action, Values influences a person’s behavior toward a large
class of objects person although they are not related to any specific
object, person, or group.
Philippine Values do greatly affect our holistic attitude behavior and
our whole aspects: physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual as well.
Many Filipino practice these values for they are already or traditions.
We do not conform we these values for they know they will not
benefits from these.
Lastly, neither others may or not do these values. If they know that
these will help them, they will not do it, but on the contrary they will
not.
