2. Harwich Carnival project Harwich Carnival has been going on for many years now, and this year The Harwich School is taking part. We have been doing lots of preparation in periods 4 and 5 during the school day. It’s going to be a great day!!!
3. Information When: It is taking place on the 9th July 2010. The carnival starts at 2pm but The Harwich School doesn’t join in until 2:30pm. Where: It is starting on St. Helena’s Green (Harwich), then we parade around Harwich town and then finish n Harwich green. Then afterwards there is usually an awards ceremony for best dressed, best music etc. Theme: The Harwich School’s theme is Our World.

5. Flags- we made flags to either hold and wave our selves or to make bunting out of. The flags we made had to represent ourselves by drawing pictures and colouring them in.
6. Posters- We have also made posters to put up around the town to advertise the carnival Harwich are hosting.And much more...
7. The Shop Window In Harwich high street, there is a shop called Allen’s, in the shop window there is a working display of The Harwich School work on the Carnival. There are pictures, pieces of work and much more in the shop. It represents what we do in School and most importantly the annual Harwich Carnival.
