Texas STaR Chart School Technology and Readiness Liberty Panthers The primary purpose of the STaR chart is to assist teachers, campuses and districts in evaluating their progress toward meeting the goals of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology as well as meeting district goals. The chart was developed based on the four domains of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology.

5. Liberty ISD STaR Chart Data Liberty Panthers We continue to be in the Developing Technology category but are steadily making progress each year.
