 Plan ahead - obtain quotes and support letters well
in advance
 Build partnerships with creative parties
 Read guidelines to ensure you meet all the criteria
of the funding bodies
 Don’t be afraid to ask questions and discuss your
application with the grant officers
 Presentation -write a cover letter and include table
of contents
 Acquittal reports - important if you want to apply
again
