The "saree" is the normal women's outer dress covering, something like a long sarong of Indonesia. Stool movement is also more frequent because the person's stomach size is decreased and so the pressure on the whole belly area pushes the food down more rapidly and clears away unwanted excess before more fatty substances can be absorbed into the body. Of course, to ensure that the process is quickened, it is wise to implement a regimen of stomach exercises such as sit-ups and other exercises targeted to the loose belly fat area. Caution needs to be exercised in the tying of the stomach area as follows: Tightness of the "saree" or cloth Type of cloth or material used - Never use a thin material such as a rope. The Stomach can be damaged. Use a broader cloth and cover a bigger area when tying so that the pressure is evenly distributed over a broader area. Length of time the belly area is tied daily Many of the women in India have flat belly areas and this is achieved through this simple way.
