2. Getting started with endnote web Want to manage and format your citations correctly? EndNote Web is a Web-based tool for managing and citing references in papers and creating bibliographies. Users can store, share, and organize their citations so that they can be accessed from any computer.
3. Getting Started with endnote web EndNote Web, a free version of EndNote is provided to Southeastern Louisiana University faculty, students, and staff as part of the Web of Science database subscription. By installing a Microsoft Word plug-in, users can cite references from their library and automatically create their bibliography as they cite.
4. Setting up your account You must be on campus in order to create an account. Once registered, you can access your Endnote Web account from either on or off campus. You will need to login at least once a year to keep your account active. Go to the Library’s Home Page. Choose “Library Databases” link Search “Databases by Title” to access EndNote Web and follow the instructions to create your EndNote Web account.
5. Endnote web registration Please enter your campus e-mail address to begin the registration process.
7. Endnote web Search Screen My References allows the user to view and search your references all at once by group.
8. Endnote web collect references tab Collect allows the user to import references or add them manually to your database.
9. Endnote web organize tab Organize allows the user to manage your groups or share citations with others.
10. Endnote web Format tab Format allows the user to format and produce lists of references.
11. Endnote web Cite as you write plug-in Use the EndNote Web Plug-in to insert references, and format citations and bibliographies automatically while you write your papers in Microsoft Word.
