3. Concept
Zillow co-marketing allows lenders to form new relationships and deepen
existing relationships with agents in a unique way.
Zillow Premier Agents purchase zip codes on Zillow in order to obtain
exposure next to properties (both their own and other agents’ listings in
that zip code).
From here, it is simple. A consumer finds a property on Zillow and then
decides on an agent to contact. After filling out a quick form for the agent
of their choice, the consumer is asked if they would like to get preapproved. If they indicate that they want pre-approval, you (the lender)
will receive an email contact in real time.
Additional value is the opportunity to partner and take part in a realtor’s
business which opens the door to all referral sources from that realtor
8. How Relationships are Initiated

You and your PS will have a shared list of agents in which you can
indicate which agents you would prefer to prioritize – those that you are
especially interested in working with.
Your PS will call the agent and discuss the co-marketing opportunity
with the ultimate goal as connecting you as their preferred lender on
Zillow.
If the agent is interested, your PS will introduce you via email to start a
conversation. This opens the door for a warm meeting.
LO is responsible for setting up an in person meeting with the agent to
determine progression.
9. Pricing
● Zillow allows a single lender to contribute up to 50% of an agent’s
spend. This can be determined/negotiated with your realtor.
● Agent spend on Zillow varies by zip code and the amount of exposure
purchased.

Factors that go into zip code pricing include: home price, traffic, sale volume,
etc.

No two agents are going to have the same package or price.
● Laz’s co-marketing agrements have ranged from $30-$1000/month
per agent.
10. How to get started:
You will all be receiving an email with a link to a webform. The webform
requests basic information which will generate a case to be distributed to
a team member for follow up.
