twenty-four guest rooms, a large event center and a gourmet restaurant our hotel is the
perfect destination to provide all of your travel needs.
Each one of our rooms is uniquely decorated and very spacious. For the ultimate modern

beautifully decorated lodge rooms have been designed to allow you to unwind and enjoy

Our event center can accommodate multiple types of events including business meetings,
luncheons, weddings and receptions, and private parties. We customize the rooms and
event to your specific needs. With our in-house catering, exceptional views and attention

The moZaic Restaurant is designed to allow our guests to relax in a comforting
atmosphere that promotes privacy, yet still allows us to provide exceptional service.
Seasonal menus and nightly specials are provided for your enjoyment. Your dinner or
event will be complimented by the beautiful views overlooking the Front Range and city
lights.

Lodge Rooms
Our Lodge is adjacent to our main building.
Guests can access the Lodge by our 2nd floor
walkway or they can enter the Lodge directly
through The Inn’s main entrance. Parking is
available both at the Lodge and at the main
building.
All of our non-smoking, twenty-four guest rooms
are individually decorated to represent a modern
Colorado style. Twenty-two of the guest rooms
are designed with two queen size beds, while each
of our other two rooms have one king size bed. Our
entire facility is ADA compliant.
All rooms are equipped with the

The Inn at Palmer Divide has space available for any type of meetings and/or events. Whether
you want to come celebrate a special occasion, come for a one day meeting, or getaway for a
business retreat we will go above and beyond to make sure that your event is a success.
Our Event Center is 2,112 sq. ft.
in size and can be sectioned off
into three separate rooms:
 Mountain Room
 Divide Room
 Springs Room

determined by seating styles.
In-house audio and visual equipment is available
for your convenience. Wireless Internet, podium,
microphone and speaker system, screen and
LCD projector and other state of the art
audiovisual equipment is available to make
your meeting a success. Our experienced
guest services staff will be happy to assist you
during all aspects of your planning stages.
Our award-winning chefs have created delicious
catering menus for your convenience.
Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner options
are handcrafted for your dining pleasure.
We offer plated and buffet options and are also
happy to create a special menu for your
important event.

Meetings/ Events
The McShane Room, is 1,560 sq. ft and
can seat up to100 guests. Our McShane Room
has lower ceilings, modern chandelier lighting
and an overall warm intimate feel. This room
also has all the support amenities as the larger
event center.
The Sundance Room is our
private dining room located in
our MOZAIC Restaurant. With
floor to ceiling windows
surrounding the entire room,
this space is sure to impress
your guests. The Sundance
Room can seat up to 25 guests.
You may choose to create a
menu based off our banquet
menu or you have the option of
choosing items off our gourmet
restaurant menu. Audiovisual
equipment is also available for
the Sundance Room.

MOZAIC Restaurant and Lounge
The MOZAIC Restaurant serves Classical European Cuisine
with a nuovo flair. The environment of the dining room is
designed to allow our guests to relax in a spacious
atmosphere that promotes privacy, yet still allows attention
to your needs. Seasonal menus and nightly specials are
provided for your pleasure. The MOZAIC Restaurant can
seat up to 188 guests.
Stop by for a drink in the Tessera Lounge,
host a private dinner in the Sundance Room,
or simply enjoy the dining room menus.
Wherever you join us, take in beautiful views
along the Front Range or the twinkle of the
city lights, attentive service with a smile and
fantastic views.

Local Attractions
The Inn at Palmer Divide is located in Palmer Lake, CO. Palmer Lake is located just north of
Colorado Springs and is one of three communities in the Tri-Lakes region. This beautiful and
historic town nestles up against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and offers great access to
both Colorado Springs and the Denver area.
As a guest of The Inn at Palmer Divide you
have access to two local private golf
courses. The Woodmoor Pines Country Club
which is located less then 5 miles from the
Lodge offers our guests an all-inclusive
access to their facility for a small daily fee.
Our guests can utilize their indoor and
outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts
and may receive special pricing on golf
packages.
The Kings Deer Golf Club allows our guests
to use their golf course as temporary members.

Airports
The Inn at Palmer Divide is centrally located between the Colorado Springs Airport and the
Denver International Airport. Currently The Inn at Palmer Divide does not provide a shuttle to
either one of these airports however we would be happy to arrange one for you. If you are
interested in transportation to and/or from the airports please contact our reservations department
at 719-481-1800.
