2. Journal 1
From the lesson self-concept, I had more understanding about who I am. Our lecturer,
Miss Pang had formed us into a small group of 6 people. We had discussed that the
characteristic of ourselves. From this activity, I had realised that the people in society
had divided into individual group based on the same characteristics such as outgoing,
bookworm, childish or others. Besides that, I also knew more about my personal trait.
This is because I had never thought about myself before. Through this lesson, I knew
myself more. I also learnt that our self of sense was central to our lives. So, I am the
main character in my world. I not need care so much what the others people think and
talk about me.

3. Journal 2
Today, I had learnt the topic ‘Ethics in Psychology’. I had learnt that the researchers
must have ethic limit when using animal to do some experiment. The researchers must
have love and compassion. They cannot kill a life easily. They cannot thought that
their behaviour was right because they were discovered treatment or medical that was
useful to our world. For me, this thinking was wrong. Besides that, Miss Pang also
gave us a class experiment. The purpose of the experiment was to test the shyness of
us. The higher the scores, we were more shy. For me, it was funny but a little bit
forbid. This experiment make our class become lively otherwise this lesson will be
boring.

4. Journal 3
From this lesson, I had learnt the vision. The definition of vision is the detection of
light. We saw the light through the eyes. I had learnt the part of the eyes through this
lesson. The most special part of the eye was iris. It was a coloured structure on the
surface of the eye that surrounding the pupil. With this structure, we could identify the
colour of the eye such as brown, purple and others. We could saw beautiful things and
many colours through our eyes. Eyes was very important and we had to protect it
carefully. Otherwise it will had some diseases that maybe cause the eyes become
blind. I also learnt the effect of the colour. I just realised that red colour was the
sharpest and it use for attract other people’s attention. KFC, Big Mac, Pizza also used
red colour as decoration to attract the attention.
