Meet Katy
Katy wishes she could make fitness a routine,
even with her demanding schedule.
Katy is is a busy young
professional. Ideally, Katy
would like to go to the gym,
bike, dance, and go out with
friends - like she used to.
However, work and other
commitments take priority.
Trying to get everything done on your own can be
overwhelming. Without a group of friends or workout
partners and with a ton to do, it can be easy to fall
into unhealthy habits.

accessible on a variety of platforms.
Aim
 Most people are unsatisfied with their fitness levels
and nutrition choices
 Busy world: not enough time for fitness or healthy eating
 Lack of motivation
Challenge(s)
 Builds/setups your own workout based on time available or calorie
expenditure desired
 Stores a workout plan and food plan
 Helps preplan workouts to ensure that correlation between workout
time and calories that will burnt is as desired
 Indicates if desired workout can or cannot be achieved

 Assists in injury prevention (external links and helpful information)

 Monitors hydration intake
 Monitors sleep amount
