The farm is located in the northern most part of Pulaski county and grows specialty crops using high tunnel green houses. The farm was awarded its organic certification in the summer of 2009.

Document work and key events (input/output dates). Track Sales by item by market by date (ex. Sumer Squash 240lb@$2 for CAFM on 7/4) Follow the NOP and other good business practices. If you are 100% organic, then you have less to do.

Picking Bush Green Beans Sucks Less is More; less variety, more distribution High Tunnels are hot, but mitigate water issues
