7. Central Commercial Register The register is based on the central database of Registration Departments of the Courts. This central database includes digital data of the Commercial Register, the Register of Non-profit Associations and Foundations and the Commercial Pledge Register. 8. Land Register The Land Register is a register of ownership relations and limited real rights established on the registered immovable for the benefit of third persons. 9. Official Announcements www.ametlikudteadaanded.ee ESTONIA Official Announcements is an online service based on announcements which by law are mandatory to be published. E.g. legal advertisements, court announcements and summons etc.

11. e-File E-file is a central information system currently being developed (implemented in 2010), which is going to provide an overview of the different phases of the criminal, civil, administrative and misdemeanor procedures, procedural acts and court adjudications to all the parties involved. It is an integrated system for proceedings, which enables the exchange of information simultaneously between different parties, e.g. Police -> Office of Public Prosecutor -> Courts -> Bailiffs -> Prisons -> Probation officers. Company Registration Portal Company Registration Portal ( CReP ) is a portal for the entrepreneurs to communicate with the registration departments of the courts and the Central Commercial Register to perform different acts in the register.
