1) All of Hays 1st and 4th Wards east of Vine Street and between Ninth Street and Highway 183 Alternate will vote at the VFW Hall located at 2106 Vine Street. 2) All of Hays 2nd and 3rd Wards, the area north of Ninth Street and west of Vine Street, will vote at the American Legion Hall located at 1305 Canterbury Drive. 3) The voting locations were assigned by the Ellis County Clerk's Office in October 2005.
