8. Franquia Subway – Preço, lucro e investimento
• O prazo de contrato exigido é de 60 meses.
• O investimento franquia Subway varia entre R$ 180 mil a R$ 250
mil,
• O ponto comercial pode ser propriedade do franqueado ou
locação, porém necessita reforma para se adequar aos padrões
da rede.
• O lucro franquia Subway é de 15% do faturamento bruto, que é
estimado em R$ 65 mil, portanto, é de cerca de R$ 9 mil por
mês.
• O preço da franquia Subway aumenta um pouco além do valor
informado acima, pois exige US$ 10 mil de taxa de franquia além
de R$ 10 mil de capital de giro. O empresário deverá pagar
também 8% do faturamento líquido mensal para royalties.

A taxa de publicidade é de 4,5% do faturamento
líquido, também. Para abrir franquia Subway, além
do investimento, é necessário contratar entre 6 a 10
