Before you start to work on your MC application you should be aware of some important
requirements.
You must confirm your application till January 22nd, 23:59 GMT+1 (Czech time)
Feel free to use your space as creative as possible. Remember that there are some common
organizational rules for official document as MC application is.

Analyze current LC Coaching system. What are the initiatives you will run to support
customization of coaching strategy for the whole AIESEC Czech Republic.
Design an analysis model to showcase the performance and health of AIESEC in Czech Republic
with the LC break down. Based on that, what kind of other Local Committee Development Tools
do you plan to create or implement in the Czech Republic?
Evaluate the Expansion Evolution of AIESEC Czech Republic. What are the current bottlenecks
and main successors and what do you plan to leave as a legacy to your term?

What issues are currently solved in the internal audit of AIESEC in the Czech republic? Evaluate

Evaluate performance in oGIP in the Czech Republic in the past 3 years and list your
suggestions for the future, based on a SWOT analysis.
Please describe what should be the three main priorities of oGIP area in term 14-15. Be
as specific as possible.
One of the biggest problems in oGIP area is the low matching rate (~40-50%) and too
high matching time (an average of 3 months to match). What strategies or actions can
you take in order to reach a matching rate of 70% and an average matching time of 2
months? Be as specific as possible for each.
What strategies or actions will you take in order to enhance the selling culture in the
oGIP area?
How do you see cooperation with other functional areas on MC level? Please be specific
on how back office areas can support oGIP and how you can contribute to other front
office areas.

10. Please describe 3 GCPs from other countries which you would like to implement.
Specific questions – GCDPi manager
Please analyze GCDP incoming performance (RA, MA, RE) of AIESEC in the Czech
Republic for the past 3 years. Regarding every term identify strategies and evaluate
them, write down strengths and weaknesses and main learnings for upcoming term out
of it.
Explain how you understand the purpose of GCDP programme generally and then it’s
relevance in the Czech Republic.
Please analyze GCDP incoming performance (1.1.2013 – 31.12.2013) in each LC and
give suggestions for each LC in order to improve their performance and talent capacity!
How will you work with NPS and finalization of projects from beginning of your term?
How will the product portfolio in GCDP incoming area look like in term 14.15?
What would be strategies of GCDPi in the Czech Republic in order to fulfill Q2 plan + summer
peak of the term 13.14 and what strategies will you take from the beginning of your term in
order to fulfill Q2 + summer peak in your term 14.15?
Which new sustainable project can be implemented in the Czech Republic in GCDPi? Please,
specify the goal, target group, budget example and action steps, how to implement it till the end

recommendations for that would help fulfill MOSs (Long term plan) vision 2015.

One of the biggest problems in oGCDP is quality of our internship. How would
you increased quality of our product and satisfactions of our customers?
One of the most important things in oGCDP is EP Preparation (OPSs, EP Lead -> Codelivery). How would you use
(implement) this tools/concepts in Czech republic?
How do you see cooperation with other functional areas on MC level? How should be
GCDPo supported by back office and how GCDPo can help out the other front office

Czech Republic is implementing new brand – Global Talent and Global Citizen. What will
be you main strategies for development of this brand? How do you want ensure it also
on LC level?
How would you like to cooperate with OD corner? Please be specific as much as
