Remember The Miners (RTM) was created in 2010 to provide a platform to honor those in the coal industry
who sacrifice for our freedom and comfort. RTM’s public awareness campaign is dedicated to:

• Honoring the legacy of all miners and the mining industry.
• Bringing the human element to the forefront of the energy debate.
• Remembering the miners who have fallen.

RTM continues to encourage increased awareness of mining advocacy through public service
announcements, media buys, public relations, social media integration and sporting event
sponsorships, along with its partnership with the West Virginia Coal Association.
