productive, especially for teachers.

Google Docs allows users to access
and edit documents from any
computer with internet access.
Pros: Cons:
• Convenience of access • Requires internet access
• Multiple format compatibility • Mild/Moderate Learning
• Share files around the web curve
• Cloud storage • Limited editing options

4. CALENDAR
Google calendar allows users keep
track of events and share them with
friends and other devices across
the web.
Pros: Cons:
• Convenience of access • Requires internet access
• Alerts and reminders • Mild/Moderate Learning
• Multiple viewing options curve
• Syncs with enables wireless
devices

5. PLUS
Google Plus is a social networking
site that allows users to share
information, status updates,
photos, videos and links.
Pros: Cons:
• Looks nice • No one I know actually uses
• Easily group friends into it

• Integrated with other Google Google plus.

6. READER
Google Reader is like a magazine that you
fill up with content you choose. Reader
aggregates posts and updates from sites
you subscribe to – allowing you to get all
your info in one place.
Pros: Cons:
• Aggregates info from • It’s ugly and clunky
multiple sites efficiently. • Other apps do this job
• Links to other Google apps MUCH better (IMO)
• Confusing (at times) options
and settings

7. MAPS
Google Docs allows users to access
and edit documents from any
computer with internet access.
Pros: Cons:
• Convenience of access • No longer on the iPhone
• VERY easy to use
• Fast
• Accurate & Reliable directions
• Street view & Satellite view
• Great search radius and results

8. SUCCESSES & CHALLENGES

MY classroom! supported as well as others
• Proud of my work!
 Does anyone really use Google+?
• Learned about NEW resources! I think it’s just self-sustaining,
• Mostly enjoyed the process! reposting and sharing things on
it’s own. ;)
