Here is a simple project to practise cooking vocabulary and nutrition facts.

1. “KITCHEN TIME”
PROJECT
We are what we eat. That is for sure.
This project is about cooking and
eating.
In groups of three students we have to cook two
recipes (one for a main dish and one for a dessert).
Every group has to write a simple document in
English containing:
1. Main ingredients
2. Elaboration process
3. A table with nutrition
facts in a similar way to the
one suggested here
Apart from this, every group should record a short
video (maximum 3 minutes) with a summary of the
cooking process to show to the class.
