HåkanPersson
Founding & Managing Partner
Håkan has advised numerous companies on merger and acquisitions, financing, stock market listings and
strategic matters. He has extensive experience from different industry sectors in several countries and has a wide
network particularly within the Healthcare and ICT sectors as well as in the European investment community. He
is also global coordinator of the Mergers Alliance Healthcare Team and a member of Mergers Alliance’s board of
directors.
Most recently, Håkan was Head of Corporate Finance with Erik Penser Bank, a middle-market investment bank in
Stockholm where he also has served as Head of Equities and Head of Research. Prior to that, he was an equity
analyst with SvenskaHandelsbanken, a major Nordic bank. He has also served as senior auditor with Deloitte,
Haskins and Sells in Milan, Italy, and started his career as auditor with Bohlins KPMG in Stockholm. He holds a
B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Stockholm and is a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst
from Stockholm Business School.

Fredrik Lönnqvist
Senior Advisor
Fredrik is a M.D, Ph.D. with a broad medical, academic and life science industry background spanning over
almost 30 years. His working life experience includes medical practice, clinical and experimental academic
research and 13 years in the pharmaceutical, the biotech and the medical nutrition industry in senior management
positions; covering Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Business Development and Corporate
Development. Fredrik has extensive hands-on experience with all phases of drug development and possesses a
broad knowledge of drug discovery and development principles and practice.
Fredrik has broad international leadership experience from previous positions as Medical Director at SmithKline
Beecham, VP Clinical Science and VP Clinical & Scientific Business Development at Biovitrum and VP and Chief
Medical Officer for Nutricia, His experience includes strategic portfolio management and bringing nine drug
candidates and numerous nutritional products from discovery to clinical trials and to the market. Fredrik has
experience from several therapy areas including Metabolism, CV, CNS, Immunology, Haematology, Oncology,
Respiratory and Virology.
He received his M.D. and Ph.D. at Karolinska Institute, Sweden, where he is still Associate Professor, specialized
in internal medicine and endocrinology. His academic research has mostly been focused on diabetes and obesity
has resulted in 75 publications so far. Fredrik has also been reviewer for medical journals such as Nature
Medicine, Lancet and Diabetologia.

Jan Jämtberg
Senior Advisor
Jan has a broad national and international leadership experience from previous senior managemenr positions. As
senior advisor within Experia he will add interim management to our clients.
Most recently Jan worked within the Handelsbanken group, a major Nordic bank. As Senior Vice Precident of the
bankdivisions Capital Market as well as in the International and Branch Network, he had a key role in the strategic
business and organizational development. He also had a pivotal role in the expansion and establishing
internationally.
Prior to that, Jan has worked as a CEO in a small but fast growing import and export company. He also served
as Marketing Manager in a leasing company. Jan has experience from different responsability areas from Head of
HR to COO, and as Area Manager he got good experience from different industry sectors. Jan holds a Master of
Laws from Uppsala University.
