“I find the EMBA very stimulating, and the learning
environment innovative and fun.The combination of
in-class lectures with high quality discussions and
interesting case studies, the collaborative culture,
and the focus on personal development have al-
lowed me to rapidly learn new concepts and ideas.
What has been most surprising is how quickly I ha-
ve been able to apply some of the new knowledge
that I have acquired during the EMBA to my cur-
rent job.The EMBA will prepare me to step up my
career, not only by providing me with new mana-
gerial tools, but also by changing my mindset and
giving me greater self-confidence to identify and
pursue opportunities.”

The key to success in the job market is no lon-
ger an MBA degree, but rather the MBA gradu-
ate! What you learn is of course important, but
it’s what you do with this knowledge that will
create your value-added and make the differ-
ence, which is why we have now integrated this
factor as one of our key values. Our Personal
Development Program (PDP) has been de-
signed to help you to:
°° become aware of your potential and show
you how to develop it fully (self-leadership
module in the 1st year)
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
°° create links with our alumni to draw from
their experience through targeted meetings
and during the annual garden party
Our MBA doesn’t just offer an excellent learn-
ing experience, it also offers you the concrete
means to put it into practice.
°° develop your personal and leadership skills
(4 dedicated modules in the 2nd year)
°° work in teams that combine various profes-
sional, cultural, and business sectors – both
during the program and in the MBA project
“We help develop our participants’ professional
identity. Today, managers face increasingly com-
plex environments. While MBA programs often
provide the knowledge and tools that managers
need, much less time and effort are invested into
improving their personal and leadership skills.
This is unfortunate as no theoretical lecture can
prepare managers for the full variety of challenges
they will face in their careers. That’s why we de-
signed the entirely new Personal Development
Program. This program helps our participants put
their knowledge in action in ways that enable them
to deal with even the most difficult situations. We
use action-based learning to simulate leadership
challenges and foster leadership skills by working
in teams.”

“Following the completion of two Masters’ de-
grees, in Economics and Demography, I began
my career in the medical device industry at John-
son & Johnson. Subsequently, I held marketing
positions in the biomedical industry, in Geneva
and Zurich. I currently work in a management po-
sition in the banking industry.
This MBA has allowed me to acquire a strong foun-
dation in the main management fields. The second
year was an opportunity to follow a marketing spe-
cialization, which consolidated my work experi-
ence. I would like to add that I really enjoyed the
cultural and professional diversity of the students,
which allowed me to widen my network.”
