Bullfights In Portugal there are some places where you can see bullfights. The most famous ones are: Póvoa de Varzim, Lisbon and Barrancos. It forbidden to kill the bull in the arena . 9-Folklore and Traditions
Desfolhada It is the act of peeling the corn’s skin .  It was a very traditional Portuguese agricultural activity as well as a social event. 9-Folklore and Traditions
Vindimas ( grape picking ) The picking of the grapes is also a very traditional agricultural activity and also a social event.  9-Folklore and Traditions
Festas e Romarias Popular festivals usually take place in the summer. Its an event that brings together religion and amusement. There is a market, music and dances together with masses and processions.  9-Folklore and Traditions
