As we shall see, there are no necessarily modular projects; they can and should cross-fertilize.
Jon L, Miriam, Jon J, and other collaborators will oversee this research. However, these ideas may be implemented via the sub-granting and BRSP/SRSP projects too.

This is probably our most risky endeavour. The success of the BNP is driven, at least in part, by the relationships Wilson et al. have formed with other academic and community (e.g., religious) groups. Philip Cho, our point man in Singapore will have to make similar contacts within Singapore.
