Demand management

We have to take know, that there a lot of meanings for customer service.
Customer service meant with the power of logistics management in order to
successfully meet the needs of the customers in the aspect of time, reliability, right

Demand management and order management are very connected with each
other; they are related that one cannot stand alone without the aid of the other. It is
important that demand forecasting is always proper so that the supply chain can
respond in a fast manner and cater the necessities of the customers. Having a
minimum inventory indicates that there are goods that are out, having many
inventory suggests that the business will have to increase the expenses and might
end with the outdated stock. Demand management means that the business
should properly foresee the sales and ensuring that the supply chain is able to
respond with the order process. The order process serves as the connection to
every supply chain that gives action towards another supply chain, this time
towards the direction of the customer service; this means that the business should
