Bas Belder, Managing Director
Bas joined P&O Ferrymasters in 1986 as Finance Manager and quickly progressed to take on the Group Finance Director role.
Since 2007 he has headed a team of experienced leaders who support him in his role as Managing Director of one of Europeâs
leading logistics services providers.
Herman Braam, Director Freight Management Division
Prior to joining us as a General Manager in 1995, Herman spent his career in transport operations management and internatio-
nal forwarding. He took on several General Manager positions across the business before being appointed our Director Freight
Management Division in 2006.
Wim Blomme, Director Intermodal Division
Wim was promoted to the Board as Director Intermodal Division in 2009. Prior to this, he was our General Manager for Inter-
modal and Contract Logistics. He has worked with P&O Ferrymasters since 1995 and has vast experience in warehousing and
distribution, groupage, part loads and contract management.
Graham Dilley, Director Trailer Division
Graham ďŹrst joined P&O Ferrymasters in 1973 as a marketing clerk before moving into sales. He then left the company to broa-
den his experience before returning as Port Manager (Teesport) in 1988. Graham progressed in General Manager roles before
being appointed a Director in 1997. He is now responsible for all European trailer activity and the companyâs Safety, Health and
Environmental policies.
Chris Cassidy, Finance Director
Chris was appointed to the Board as Finance Director in 2007 after joining the company in 2000. He moved to P&O Ferrymasters
following eight yearsâ broad experience in corporate accountancy roles. Chris has an MBA and is a Fellow Member of the Associa-
tion of Chartered CertiďŹed Accountants.
Stephen Walters, IT Director
Stephen, our IT Director, has been in IT since the early 1970s. Prior to joining us in 1998, he was Managing Director of Fenestra
Systems Ltd, a company specialising in software for the transport industry. Other appointments include Professional Services
Director of Unisys and Technical Director of Warwick Systems.
Phillip Jones, Commercial Director
Before being appointed Commercial Director in April 2010, Phillip played a major role in leading our corporate sales team and
bringing major new accounts to P&O Ferrymasters as General Manager - Corporate Sales. As Commercial Director Phillip is res-
ponsible for ensuring the company continues to penetrate new markets and to capitalise on existing commercial opportunities.
He has worked for us since 1993 and has a Masters degree in Business Administration.
