Four students from a Polish school participated in an international Comenius programme meeting in the Netherlands from February 17-21, 2014. The students stayed with Dutch families to experience Dutch culture and traditions. During their four day trip, they toured a school and town, visited museums in Amsterdam including Anne Frank's house, and debated global warming. They also went ice skating before returning home on February 21st after their adventure.

2. In the meeting in the
Netherlands
participated four
students from our
school:
Mateusz Bocheński,
Wiktoria Byczkowska,
Aleksandra Grochowska
and Krystian Klima.

3. Accommodation
We were accommodated in the houses of
Dutch families, so that we had a unique
opportunity to experience and get to
know the culture and traditions of this
nation.

4. Our tours
During the four-day stay
in the country of tulips
and windmills we
toured the school
Ichthus Lyceum in
Driehuis, as well as the
historic town of
Haarlem with the
windmill ,,De Adriaan”.
We participated in a day-
long trip to
Amsterdam, where we
visited the center of
the art "Nemo", the
Anne Frank Museum
and we visited the city
during boat trip on the
canal.

7. We participated in
the debate about
global warming,
expressing points of
view related to
climate change. We
were also ice-
skating.

9. Back home
21.02.2013
Everyone got up early, packed our things and
went to the airport.

10. It’s the end
Our adventure in the
Netherlands came
to an end.
