2. The purpose of this test consists in evaluate your physical
condition, it’s a test that greatly inf luences your physical
condition, is one of the most important factors that you
have to have for a good physical condition. This test is
hard but if you do it more than one time you will be
better and you don’t get so much tired or exhausted.

5.  For begin you have to be equipped with sportswear.
Before you are prepared in the line to start and when
you listen the “bip” you can start. Until you do not hear
the beep you can not run to the other line. When you
are tired you can stop and before you go to the teacher
and say your result.

6.  The scoring in the course navette is about periods and
half periods.
In first periods the “bips” are very slow but you go
advancing the “bips” are fast.
The punctuation for boys is the seven periods and for
girls is six periods.
