Occupational Personality Questionnaire  Assesses workplace-relevant competencies Version OPQ32 used in the study Includes a 32-dimension personality profile Three domains Reliability- Test/retest correlation coefficients mean 0.84 Job profile was developed to determine critical activities and behaviors
OPQ Review Post-test all students to identify soft skills to measure change Were students able to see improvements to their scores? Yes/no Were students more aware of their strengths and weaknesses and as a result willing to make change? What changes can be made in the program to improve soft skills outcomes?
Survivors BAS in Supervision and Management  first graduating class  will attend  Florida State College at Jacksonville’s  commencements on May 8th, 2010
