Dashboard of your study (customizable). Table is cumulative tally of all samples (x axis) and their current status (y axis) within 24 hours.
Larger view of dashboard summary table. 90% of all questions or reports can be obtained from this table. Three sections in color correspond to a graphical depiction. Yellow area - Expected is visits that have occurred. Collected are samples collected and not collected. Missing information are samples that have a query or incomplete information to classify as collected or not collected. Unknown location is a truly missing sample. Blue area – out of what is collected how many samples are at the site and how many are at the lab. The pink area is out of those at the lab, how many are analyzed vs. not analyzed.
Important that you can click on the numbers to get the listing of samples and all the associated information regarding that sample. All exports to excel.
There is a contact section for customizable list of contacts as well as a documents section for important documents. You can also have the message board updated as needed with important notes regarding the study (i.e. data lock dates….or important changes). Helpdesk ticket for custom reports or IT assistance. You can filter the summary table for the last 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.

This is the history of “one” sample from the moment of collection to shipment to receipt.
Once you open a subject you get a list of all of their visits. Open the visit and you get the listing of samples. You can click on the sample to get detailed sample information next slide.

Advanced search, you can type what you are looking for.
Good for study and kit budgeting as well as analysis planning. Forecast subjects expected to have visits in the next week, two weeks, month, 2 months…etc…color coded for quick viewing. You can customize the data in the table “mapping to appear”. Example: I want to analyze three subjects who have completed C1D11 at the 5 mg dose. When can I do that? You can use this table to identify this information (Project analysis).

Alerts go via e-mail and cumulative report can be generated of all alerts in reports menu (Missing visits report). Color coded for easy viewing. F is forecasted date. R is Real date or actual date of visit.
Click on the real date and get a listing of samples and their location and status (A = analysed, R = Received etc.).
One way to fill the gap from collection to receipt at lab for samples not being shipped to Central Lab within 24 hours and/or are being shipped to another location (specialty lab) due to stability or processing reasons.
