Daily Market Insight
Technical View-
The technical picture on the charts
suggests that the markets are trading in
continuation to the expiry move. The
Volumes are supporting this up move but at
the same time the RSI is on the upper side
which is showing markets to be on
overbought region.
Positional traders are suggested to hold up
NIFTY future till 6000 Mark and as of now a
short position is created only if the NIFTY
future gives a closing below 5850.
Those who are still SHORT on the markets
are suggested to keep their position hedged
as long as the NIFTY up move continues
and should continue their short positions
open only if NIFTY Future closes below
5850 mark.
NIFTY being in the range of 5550 to 5800
from last 90 days has given a clear
Outlook for the day breakout this time and we are expecting it
Fundamental View- continue the same move. Unless and until
we see any significant move in NIFTY, we

The option data suggests that the market participants are currently
visualizing the 6000 mark on the higher side. Very high CALL writing at
6000 Strike price will stop market to move beyond 6000 mark. On the other
side we can see equal PUT writings on 5400 to 5800 strike price. This
indicates that NIFTY down move would be restricted below 5800 mark. Last
session’s option data indicated that NIFTY can have a range of 5900 and
6100 in near term.
