The fluid bed dryer is used for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar material in pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied products. It works on the principle of fluidization. The fluid bed dryer is not suitable for drying liquids or pasty materials.

3. How it Works?
• The base of the container filled with material, is
heated with hot air stream
• The fresh air is sucked using a blower and it is
heated by electrical heaters or thermic fluid
heaters
• The hot air expands into bed of material and
create a dry atmosphere
• This phenomenon is known as fluidization

• In electrically heated model, digital temperature controller for
inlet air and digital temperature indicator for outlet air
• In steam / thermic fluid heated model, only a digital
temperature indicator provided for inlet and outlet air
• You can control the flow of inlet and outlet air manually
• Full safety provided with the machine
