Jaipuria Institute of Management
Management education is undergoing a colossal restructuring with
all premier forerunners going in for an emphasis towards creating a
value rich skill based pedagogy to equip the budding managers with
sustainability and sophistication which is the need of hour. At JIM
it’s been our endeavor to develop today’s youth academically as
well as strategically with the help of our robust academic team and

In today’s global scenario of unprecedented turmoil, endurance,
perseverance, right attitude and requisite skill set is what the
corporate sector requires today. It’s been observed that there is an
increasing gap in the traits expected by the industry and traditional
pedagogy of management institutes. An ethically strong workforce
is required in the industry to reinforce the foundation of our
country’seconomytoday.
With the same vision, we at JIM are poignant towards imbibing an
ethical culture along with business traits amongst the students in
our curriculum that has been meticulously designed to cater to the
needs of industry apart from regular academics which includes
personality development programme, communication enrichment
courses, foreign language proficiency, technical skill development

In the past, Jaipuria house has been able to give some of the most
talented youths to the industry and the trend will continue to

Life at JIM has always been
about learning on my own, not
only the academics part of it but
everything else. The faculty is
very supportive and the
environment is very conducive
time to learning. JIM grooms
you into the person you want to
be in two years from the day you
join the course.
JIM provides everything on the
platter to students, be it best of
the placements, job offers,
faculties who inspire to do excel
, sports facilities, and other
paraphernalia needed for the
development of an individual
persona....
My experience was awesome
in this institute. All the people
like management, teachers
and students are very
supportive. Thank you very
much for involving me in this
journey”
I really had an excellent
time in JIM. It was second
home to me. Our stay was
stupendous. This institute
really teaches me how to
live life and more important
provide me way to face the
world...
I am indeed proud to state
that my association with JIM,
together with knowledge that I
acquired from Institute has
been a tremendous boost and
has play a major role in the
rapid progress I have made in
my chosen career.
I have always felt proud to be a
Jaipurian , it is important to do
hard work but equally important
to do it smartly and collectively.
I learnt this in JIM...
