15. Catherine McKenna IPI Consultant Catherine McKenna, MIR , is a founding partner of Innovation Partners International . She has spent her career working with leaders and teams to bring about organizational innovation, culture change and collaboration. In the public, private and healthcare sectors she facilitates leadership development and organizational change initiatives. She also delivers training in Appreciative Inquiry. Catherine holds an Organization Development certificate from the National Training Laboratories (NTL), a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen's University (Kingston, Canada) a Bachelor's in Psychology, also from Queen's. She is a certified provider of MBTI, DiSC and CTT (values mapping) and is an apprentice Integral Coach. Prior to the establishment of her consulting practice, Catherine worked for 11 years at Nortel Networks in various roles including management development, Line Human Resources management and recruiting. Her clients include Human Resource and Social Development Canada, Canadian Institute for Health Research, Bruyère Continuing Care, Nunavut Arctic College, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Somerset West Community Health Centre, Ottawa University Health Services and Friends of Hospice. Catherine lives in Richmond, Ontario Canada with her husband and four children. Bob Laliberte IPI Consultant Bob Laliberte, PMP , Partner, Innovation Partners International, has either managed or consulted to organizations for more than 30 years in the fields of innovative high-performance work system design and implementation, and project management. With American Optical in the mid-1970's, he was instrumental in both the technical and organization design and start-up of a new team based manufacturing site, later managing this successful facility. At Polaroid for ten years, he was involved in both project management and internal consulting roles in the redesign and organization development of several manufacturing and research facilities on their path to high performance. At Domtar Gypsum, Bob led the process and organization design and implementation of another new manufacturing site, today recognized as one of the most innovative and productive facilities in the world. Since that time he has consulted to the business process and organization design and implementation of four additional manufacturing site start-ups.
