Vine is a video sharing app that allows users to capture and share 6-second looping videos. Videos are shared only within the Vine social network and users can add hashtags. Keek is similar but allows 15-second videos and also integrates with other social networks. QGifer and Instagiffer are tools to make short videos but do not have their own social networks for sharing videos.
