16. Primary education includes six years of classes such as math, Chinese, English and moral education. At this level, there is a huge emphasis on technology.

17. Highschool education is divided into two parts. A three year junior high programteaches chemistry and biology while the second part is a continuation of prior education with extra emphasis in certain encouraged classes.
