This Statement of Qualifications is intended for your use in considering
GP New Enterprise Group, LLC (GPNE) for upcoming projects. It
specifically addresses GPNE’s capabilities, resources and experience,
with an emphasis on Federal Contracting and General Contracting.
GP New Enterprises Group, LLC (GPNE) is a small business concern
headquartered in Louisville, KY.
GPNE received its Small Business Administration 8a certification in
December of 2010. Additionally GPNE is USDOT certified DBE contractor
in IN, WV and KY.
Since its establishment in 2006, GPNE has completed projects for
Federal, State, Municipalities and private clients in several states. GPNE
has completed projects with the US Army GSA, Department of Homeland
Security, US Border Control and several private companies. Projects have
included wetland mitigation, debris removal, demolition, levee
reconstruction and new construction.
GPNE has aggressively utilized the tools available to it through the SBA
8a Program to build GPNE’s experience, qualifications and business
through intelligent project selection and strategic teaming partners.

GPNE is not bound by geographic boundaries as is many small firms and has successfully completed projects
nationwide. In 2011 GPNE completed a project for the US Border Patrol in El Paso, TX and is completing a
five year ship husbandry contract for NAVSUP in San Diego.

GPNE provides comprehensive “from the ground down”
services to both the private and public sectors. GPNE works
with clients from the budgeting and pre-construction phase
straight through project completion.
Our ability to analyze designs and provide an expert opinion
regarding constructability & longevity of the designed
system allows us to create a sustainable solution unique to
any project.
Total and Selective Demolition services are a GPNE core civil
service. These services range from complete demolition of
large structures with restoration to selective or partial
demolition activities for restoration.
One of GPNE’s core services include construction,
restoration and mitigation of streams and wetlands. Stream
Bank Stabilization and erosion control applications including
bioengineering installation, reforestation through the
installation of native trees and shrubs, and seeding with
specialty mixes.
GPNE’s staff has years of experience which provides the
tools to offer clients significant cost saving alternatives

plants by implementation of cultural, mechanical, and
chemical control methods. Prevention, early detection,
control and management, research, and education is
important in controlling invasive populations thereby
reducing the negative impacts on ecosystems.
GPNE provides invasive and exotic plant management
services in many types of terrain and habitat,
successfully completing environmentally sensitive,
complex and difficult jobs, including foliar, cut stump
and, basal treatment, as well as hand and mechanical

An challenging element of this project that the cutters
are located in 40 states and the work is to be

(USBP) El Paso Sector Headquarters (EPT) for
vegetation control and debris removal Services
for the USBP/EPT Tactical infrastructure along the
U.S.-Mexico border in West Texas.
The scope of this project included removing
vegetation along 48.8 miles of fence along the US
– Mexico border and disposing of the debris
offsite.
An important element of this project was the
control of the invasive species, tumbleweed. This
was accomplished by containerizing the
tumbleweed debris and treating the stems with
herbicide.
Additional activities included removal and
disposal of debris found along the border fence.

steel frame. This included layout of the building
and coordinating with other subs to complete this
project on schedule.

  • 2. This Statement of Qualifications is intended for your use in considering GP New Enterprise Group, LLC (GPNE) for upcoming projects. It specifically addresses GPNE’s capabilities, resources and experience, with an emphasis on Federal Contracting and General Contracting. GP New Enterprises Group, LLC (GPNE) is a small business concern headquartered in Louisville, KY. GPNE received its Small Business Administration 8a certification in December of 2010. Additionally GPNE is USDOT certified DBE contractor in IN, WV and KY. Since its establishment in 2006, GPNE has completed projects for Federal, State, Municipalities and private clients in several states. GPNE has completed projects with the US Army GSA, Department of Homeland Security, US Border Control and several private companies. Projects have included wetland mitigation, debris removal, demolition, levee reconstruction and new construction. Our ability to analyze designs and provide an expert opinion regarding constructability & longevity of the designed system allows us to create a sustainable solution unique to any project. Total and Selective Demolition services are a GPNE core civil service. These services range from complete demolition of large structures with restoration to selective or partial demolition activities for restoration. One of GPNE’s core services include construction, restoration and mitigation of streams and wetlands. Stream Bank Stabilization and erosion control applications including bioengineering installation, reforestation through the installation of native trees and shrubs, and seeding with specialty mixes. GPNE’s staff has years of experience which provides the tools to offer clients significant cost saving alternatives while still meeting the project specifications and requirements of the governing authorities. Prevention, early detection, control and management, research, and education is important in controlling invasive populations thereby reducing the negative impacts on ecosystems. GPNE provides invasive and exotic plant management services in many types of terrain and habitat, successfully completing environmentally sensitive, complex and difficult jobs, including foliar, cut stump and, basal treatment, as well as hand and mechanical clearing. The scope of this project included removing vegetation along 48.8 miles of fence along the US – Mexico border and disposing of the debris offsite. An important element of this project was the control of the invasive species, tumbleweed. This was accomplished by containerizing the tumbleweed debris and treating the stems with herbicide.
