The Power Search tool is used to search across all four Foundation Directory Online databases—Grantmakers, Companies, Grants, and 990s—and the Foundation Center's philanthropy news, nonprofit jobs, RFPs, foundation publications, and nonprofit literature databases simultaneously. The Power Search tool consists of a search field providing keyword (or text) searching capability. Simply type a word or phrase into the Power Search field to search for records containing that word or words. To search for an exact phrase, simply enclose the phrase in quotation marks.
