2. Access instructions
Go to www.hgtc.edu/library
• Click on the Citations tab
• Click on NoodleBib Full Version (if you only need to cite one
or two sources, you may want to consider NoodleBib
Express)
• Make note of the username and password if you are off-
campus
• Login using your Personal ID and password if you are a
returning user, or create a free new one
• Click on Create a New Project

3. Choose a style

Name your project

4. If you wish, you can describe
your research assignment on
the Dashboard screen.

5. Another optional feature is the To Do
List that helps you stay organized

6. Click on Works Cited to begin citing
your sources
Not only can you cite your sources,
you can make notecards, outlines, and
even open a paper in Google Docs

source from the drop-down menu

9. If possible, copy-and-paste
from your sources to avoid
spelling errors

10. Correct errors
on the fly!

search WorldCat’s library
catalog for your item for
faster citing
Identify your book

13. If you find your book in WorldCat,
review and edit the elements
(We’ve done some checking already!)

14. Each cited source is saved to your list

simply follow the previous instructions again
