All participants of the gathering will be picked up from the railway
station in Zwolle and brought to hotel Campanile

First day of the plenary meeting
• Departure Campanile at 08.30 hrs.
• Welcome with coffee at de Groene Welle at 09.00 hrs.
• Tour at the school

• Lunch at the schools’ restaurant at 12.15 hrs.

• Invitation - Dinner in the old city centre of Zwolle at 18.00 hrs

Second day of the plenary meeting

• Official opening at 10.00 hrs.

In the kick of meeting we are going to set up the contents of the programme itself.
As we will discuss about the way we are going co-operate during the project period, set
the pathway how to obtain our goals when and where and plan dates for at least the 3
coming gatherings, having pupils around during the kick-off meeting is
inconvenient.
