I was raised on Southern
Gospel, and after hearing the
Booth Brothers sing a mixture of
Southern and Progressive
Gospel, I fell in love with the
idea of mixing both the old and
new styles of music into one
exhilarating experience.

Being raised in farm country
in the southeast part of
Washington State, a lot of my
friends listened to Country
Music and my cousin got me
hooked on Rascal Flatts. They
are my favorite secular artist
and Jay DeMarcus is
particularly a strong influence
on my musical style.
