Our normal terms and conditions for accepting and placing orders are based on a deposit of 30% of the
total order amount, and depending on client’s requirements for production samples, the balance is
payable upon shipment. Terms are based on FOB Vietnam Port.

All specifications, drawings, production lead times, colors, finishes and materials are agreed upon and
accepted by both the clients and the manufacturer prior to orders being placed, and DKA will assure
compliance with QC presence at the factories during all phases of production.
