This document provides instructions for conducting an idea rating sheet activity. It outlines the steps which include an information presentation, small group discussions to generate ideas, writing each idea on a separate sheet, collecting the sheets and organizing them by topic, giving feedback by placing dots on the sheets to rate the ideas, and finally reporting back the results. Color-coded pens may be used to recognize patterns in feedback from different stakeholder types. The goal is to gather everyone's ideas and recognize collective opinions in an equal opportunity meeting tool.
