When I decided to join Rockin Runners Las Vegas I had no idea I was embarking on a journey that would literally transform my level of fitness and my life. My goal was simple: meet some active-cool peeps and improve my 5K capabilities. I had zero intention of actually running a half marathon.
Three years later with a few hundred race miles now under my belt including 5 half marathons and 7 triathlons (one of which was an Ironman 70.3), I am proof that the right combination of education, support, training and fun is all you need to accomplish anything you want for your life and for yourself. Especially, when what you want feels impossible. This program, for me, provided all that and more.
