Jade Global was brought in to help with Active Interest Media's (AIM) Salesforce implementation project after go-live. This included creating missing documentation, a handover plan, training plan, and solutions for unfinished items. During the post go-live phase, Jade supported and improved recently implemented items, identified processes to improve CRM effectiveness, and trained all users on Salesforce. Jade had to be flexible as requirements changed and the system needed stabilization, but was eventually able to solidify its agile methodology focused on implementing useful requirements.
