If red color lighting is used, the level of happiness will increase.

• We collect the data which can be measured.
• Our surveys contain numbers which we can use them to take out the conclusion.
• We let the participants to fill up the tables.
•The averages of every emotions towards the colours will be counted during the data
collection.
•This research is typically achieved through very carefully designed closed-end
questionnaires.
Procedure
Group Meeting
•Choose topic.
•Discuss which techniques are used to carry out the
experiment.
Hypothesis
•Set a hypothesis that related to the survey.
•Hypothesis can be more than one.
Props
•Make a big box with a mask hanging inside.
•Red,green and blue colours filter papers will stick on the torch lights
and reflect the light to the mask.
•Crop a hole to allow the participants look inside the box.
Q&A
•Prepare tables for the participants to fill in.
Letters
•Prepare info letter and consent letter.
•To confirm the place and time and also get permission from lecturer.
Experiment
•Invite participants, briefing, sign consent letter, started, fill in the
tables and debrief.
Data Collection
•Total up the numbers and calculate the averages
Analysis
•Convert the researches into diagrams and paper works.
•End up with a conclusion.

•Confidential – Anonymous use in Q&A.
Debrief - General idea of why is this experiment going on and their part in the research will be
explained.
•Protection – Take care of the participants’ mental and also physical. No stress and harm will
come into them.
•Withdrawal – Participants always have the right to stop the research.
•Voluntary – Participants will do the research in a voluntary basis.
