1.First reboot Windows XP in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the

3.You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be
able to reset the lost password.

Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the

setting to override the default."
So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will
allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.It works on Win

Turn Off Window Animation
You can shut off the animation displayed when you minimize and maximize Windows. Open Registry
